Leader-In-Training Description
Living together in a village cabin, L.I.T.s share team-building activities that solidify the group and enhance their personal skills for working with young campers. Problem-solving activities, service projects and group discussions guide the experience as L.I.T.s spend time observing and assisting staff with camptivities and cabin groups. Occasionally, L.I.T.s may be asked to work with an opposite gender cabin.

L.I.T./C.I.T. Limitation
The L.I.T. and C.I.T. programs each have a defined two-week curriculum, so initial registration is limited to one session. We wait-list requests for a second session of the same program and honor them after February 1, on a space available basis. Repeat participants must understand that many activities will be duplicated.

Specify your preferred session ahead of your additional session on the registration form and include an additional deposit; if no spaces are available, your deposit will be applied to your existing balance.

Teens who desire a longer Echo experience are encouraged to consider our Adventure Trips or other teen programs.
